15 High Seniors…350 Volunteer Hours…Spring Cleaning Projects What a wonderful gift to host a group of excited, focused, creative young people from May 9-26! We delivered two boxes of new orthopedic items and 80 cards to Brook Stone Living Facility, washed windows, painted the old loading dock, delivered cabinets and doors to Habitat for Humanity and distributed food boxes from the Food Pantry. These incredible young adults quickly adopted the mission statement of assisting in filling unmet needs to the residents of Jones County. Thank you again Epiphany for partnering and bringing “Love In Action” to The Filling Station.

On Tuesday, April 19th, Mary Ann LeRay, Executive Director of The Filling Station, made a presentation to the Jones County Commissioners to seek grant support for “transporting healthy foods”. The commissioners unanimously voted to approve a $5000 grant to The Filling Station.
