Read MoreJones County Government will begin accepting supplies to help with relief in Western North Carolina beginning tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM at the Jones County Civic Center. A flyer will be uploaded to social media pages within the hour. Emergency Management and Law Enforcement staff are coordinating the effort to take these supplies to a preferred location to exhaust any chaos. Supplies will be accepted until otherwise noted. Coordination has begun with the Volunteer Fire Department to see what members are prepared to volunteer by way of QRV or tankers.
