The Filling Station is the premier connector of people and resources in Jones County and the world.
Mission
Our mission is to assist with filling unmet needs in the areas of Nutrition, Education and Connection serving the residents of Jones County.
Hours of Operation - Nutrition and Education
Tuesday, 9AM until all Food Boxes are distributed (Drive-through service only) Wednesday - Closed
Thursday, 9AM until all Food Boxes are distributed (Drive-through service only) Second Week of the Month - Commodity Supplement Food Program for Seniors
Friday - Closed
"Leave a Legacy" by purchasing a brick along the sidewalk leading to the front doors of The Filling Station
This sidewalk represents the many footsteps of volunteers, donors, clients, partners, pastors and elected officials.
During this special campaign, you have the opportunity to honor those who have made this mission possible.

The winning ticket was drawn at the Jones County Heritage Festival. The Grill was donated by Allana Ross – NewBern4Sale during our Perfect 10 fundraiser.
We will be CLOSED for the Week of Thanksgiving and REOPEN on Tuesday, November 29th at 9 AM. We are thankful for our faithful volunteers who show up each week to serve. This gift of rest is important to keep the mission moving forward. If you have a food emergency, please DIAL 211 from your phone for 24/7 support.
Christmas on Main Street will be held in Pollocksville on December 3, 2022, beginning at 5:30 pm.
Congratulations to Willie Smith as the winner of the Cow Pie Bingo this year! Although we canceled the event due to Tropical Storm IAN, we still continued to sell tickets to raise awareness and funds for the mission. On November 8th, we held a drawing for all the ticket numbers purchased. We sold 245 tickets and the winner received 10% of the PIE.
