The high school Seniors of The Epiphany School of Global Studies began their 3 week Love in Action service on Monday, May 9, 2022
Projects include: assisting with the Teaching Kitchen renovation project, processing food pantry donations, cleaning and organizing the facility, digging a trench for drainage, and raising new flags on the flagpole on the front campus. The group began their service with Volunteer Orientation and Onboarding. "It is important that each volunteer who steps onto our campus understand the mission and how their service matters to the residents of Jones County", says Mary Ann LeRay, Executive Director. In addition to the on campus projects, the group delivered 40 Red Bags to Jones Senior High School for the Senior Decision Day. Thank you Ashley Andrews, counselor at JSHS, for connecting and giving us the opportunity to partner.
Thank you to Kirk Ronzheimer, Director of Spiritual Life at Epiphany, for working with us to schedule this group to serve.
