Filling Up on Knowledge: Extension Collaboration Calendar

Join N.C. Cooperative Extension - Jones County Center, for a series of upcoming programs:

  • Programs labeled with "Family & Consumer Science" (FCS)" are led by our Jones County FCS Agent, Sarah Ware. These programs focus on areas such as Healthy Eating, Physical Activity and Chronic Disease Prevention, Food Safety, Local Food Systems, and Food Preservation.
  • Programs tagged with "4-H" are organized by our Jones County 4-H Agent, Samantha Bennett. 4-H provides youth programming with hands-on activities and projects in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), as well as promoting balanced physical, mental, and emotional health, and encouraging young people to become well-informed citizens actively engaged in their communities and the world.
