Mission
Our mission is to assist with filling unmet needs in the areas of Nutrition, Education and Connection serving the residents of Jones County.
Hours of Operation - Nutrition and Education
Tuesday, 9AM until all Food Boxes are distributed (Drive-through service only)
Lenoir Community College Computer Lab 9 AM - 1 PM
Wednesday - Closed
Thursday, 9AM until all Food Boxes are distributed (Drive-through service only)
Lenoir Community College Computer Lab 9 AM - 1 PM
Second Week of the Month - Commodity Supplement Food Program for Seniors

Thank you to all the businesses and individuals who are stepping up and out to support the Bridge Run event which provides key funding for 7 not for profit organizations. The Filling Station has been chosen as one of the 7 organizations to benefit. In addition, FRIENDS OF THE RACE from Jones County: Charles and Taffy Jones, AB’s Gravel Driveways, Mowing Buddies, Grilling Buddies.
Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC, Friendship Church, St. James AME Zion, Pollocksville Presbyterian, and Clinton Chapel AME Zion churches serving together. Volunteer Enrichment Gentle Stretching classes made possible through a partnership with Atlantic Dance Theatre (atlanticdancetheatre.org).
The New Bern Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Volunteers at the Food Pantry at The Filling Station on Thursday. Thank you to Dr. Norma Sermon-Boyd for scheduling this beautiful group to serve at the pantry today. We continue to be blessed with volunteers.
