Our mission is to assist with filling unmet needs in the areas of Nutrition, Education and Connection serving the residents of Jones County.
Hours of Operation - Nutrition and Education
Tuesday, 9AM until all Food Boxes are distributed (Drive-through service only)
Wednesday - Closed
Thursday, 9AM until all Food Boxes are distributed (Drive-through service only)
Second Week of the Month - Commodity Supplement Food Program for Seniors
Friday - Closed
"Leave a Legacy" by purchasing a brick along the sidewalk leading to the front doors of The Filling Station
This sidewalk represents the many footsteps of volunteers, donors, clients, partners, pastors and elected officials.
During this special campaign, you have the opportunity to honor those who have made this mission possible.

AGES 8-14 July 27th-28th, 2023 | 9AM-4PM The Filling Station, 221 Main Street, Pollocksville | $15 per participant Youth will engage in a two day class focusing on table etiquette, kitchen and food safety, and ending with preparing and serving a three course meal to special community guests. Register for Camp Noah Camp Noah is a resiliency camp for children K-5 and is made possible through partnership with Lutheran Social Services of MN and YMCA New River, Jacksonville, NC. The YMCA staff will be running this camp on The Filling Station campus with the support of local volunteers. This camp is specially for children in Jones County who have gone through a disaster or trauma. Please visit: campnoah.org for more information and registration.
